How to read the engineering chapter of Proto UI

This chapter is for explaining how Proto UI principles are carried by code, runtime, adapters, and host boundaries.

It is not the place for raw internal incident logs or design scratch notes.

For now, factual internal records are kept in internal/records/ inside the repository, and may later be promoted into engineering docs, specs, or contracts once the decisions stabilize.
