Virtual-List (WIP)

Virtual List separates a complete stable logical key sequence from physical views. Item-count overscan, maximum materialized count, revisions and generation-bound commits live in a host-neutral model. The explicit virtual-list/web entry measures variable item extents, owns spacers and Web nodes, preserves keyed views, scrolls to a key and disposes listeners. This demo uses that Web host boundary; it is not native GPUI or Compiler conformance. App-owned content is created only for the bounded visible range.
