Separator

Status: published in the public 0.2.0-rc.7 package under npm next and included unchanged in the draft stable 0.2.0 release train.

Brutalist Separator preserves Base orientation and decorative accessibility semantics and renders a flat 2px ink rule.

Use it for message-date groups, Card sections, navigation lists, and form regions. It has no spacing policy; surrounding composition owns spacing.
