Editable search with committed option identity.

Root.value is a selected item key. inputValue is independent editable text. Unmatched text is never silently accepted as an option.

The host owns the real single-line editor. Input retains focus during Arrow navigation; IME composition never selects. Filtering is case/diacritic insensitive over textValue and keywords. Empty reflects actual matches; disabled options cannot commit. open, value and inputValue are independently controlled with corresponding change requests. filter=false supports owner-filtered children. Duplicate-valued choices are rejected.
