Editable suggestions with free-text completion.

Root.value is committed text, while inputValue is the query. Selecting a suggestion commits its textValue; Enter without an active match may commit free text.

The host owns the real single-line editor. Input retains focus during Arrow navigation; IME composition never selects. Filtering is case/diacritic insensitive over textValue and keywords. Empty reflects actual matches; disabled options cannot commit. open, value and inputValue are independently controlled with corresponding change requests. filter=false supports owner-filtered children. Duplicate-valued choices are rejected.
